Overview

The Customer Resolution Agent (CRA) is responsible for the efficiency in the overall cargo management warehouse processes to minimize operational hindrances for both import and export cargo.  They work interdepartmental to act as the liaison between Ground Operations, the warehouse, Sales and Customer Service.  The CRA works on ground in warehouse to manage cargo backlog, warehouse on-hand inventory, track and tracing, and acts as a cargo acceptance facilitator. 

Responsibilities
  • Bridge between Ground Operations and Sales and Customer Service by physically present in the warehouse to maintain, support and improve the overall warehouse processes
  • Identify, rectify and follow up on immediate problems by efficient communications with Customer Service, Sales, Ground Operations and any external parties in real time for any discrepancy or abnormalities that can impact a customer
  • Facilitate Ground Operations Acceptance process, freight allocation and pallet build-up to ensure any necessary paperwork or issues are resolved quickly and effectively
  • Ensure all IRR, Discrepancies and OS&D’s are properly actioned in the appropriate system(s) and documented where required
  • When possible, avert and/or diffuse potential problems with irregular cargo
  • Daily monitor and preparation of backlog, on-hand and tracing management reports across multiple warehouses and systems
  • Keep the team informed of any changes and ensure any displaced shipments are rescheduled
  • Work with operations to keep track and monitor movement of on hand shipments and differed cargo
  • Work with Sales team to help prioritize and keep high visibility/revenue shipments on schedule
  • Generate weekly report for all flight results from previous week with detailed information regarding any IRR
  • Maintain a log with detailed information of all operational issues
  • Complete and/or maintains reports, messages, files logs and forms
  • Shift work covering weekends and midnights are required, subject to flight schedule
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school or above academic qualifications
  • A minimum of two years of airline customer service or cargo-related experience, with understanding on air cargo industry and competition, and aircraft cargo loading capacities would be highly preferable
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Demonstrate proficiency with IATA process and procedures
  • Understands and use company reports utilized by customer service, and adaptive to new innovative projects and platforms
  • Good interpersonal, communication and telephone skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks on hand
  • Good problem solving skills and decision-making skills
  • Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Must be reliable, flexible and available to work varied hours, weekends and holidays

Overview

This position is responsible for data intelligence and daily operations of network planning activities. For data analysis, the incumbent will gather and maintain a wide array of data and ensure accuracy, define and analyze metrics and design reports that helps in critical business decisions which is then communicated with management. This position is also responsible for ensuring airport slot regulatory compliance is met, maintaining excellent communication with internal departments and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage airport slots of restricted airports to ensure compliance standards are met.
  • Initiate communication between internal departments and customers to ensure flight schedules are optimally planned and executed.
  • Propose contingency procedures for discrepancies within the flight network in order to maintain minimum impact to customers from schedule disruptions.

  • Initiate communication between internal departments and customers to ensure flight schedules are optimally planned and executed by preparing and hosting the Express Operations call and Delay Review call with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain data layouts such as tables, charts and graphs and ensure high data quality through regular quality checks.
  • Prepare concise and clear weekly, monthly, quarterly & ad-hoc reports along with slide presentation for management review and make fact based decisions.
  • Provide reporting on schedule and multi-regional performance with high data integrity as requested.
  • Identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities and communicate ideas and viewpoints to Senior Manager Network Planning and Alliances.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Experience with data analysis and interest in the aviation industry.
  • Proven proficiency in in MS office suits such as Excel (formulas), and PowerPoint.

This position supports the Sales Director with a key focus on mining and growing existing customer accounts with short-term selling and outbound calls. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact and key knowledge holder for their assigned account segment, ranging from

  • Lead projects, monitor resources and progress to maximize CMS and supporting IT systems utilization and extend its full potential by streamlining, optimizing and automating the business processes.
  • Liaise between technical and non-technical departments to ensure all targets and requirements are met and projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Communicate with relevant business units, including Sales, Customer Service, Flight Revenue Analysis, Accounting, Ground Operations, Global Capacity Management etc., to understand and design best business processes with the highest efficiency; identify further automation needs and areas for improvements for the systems.

  • Provide end user support for CMS related enquiries. Coordinate with production support team to ensure timely resolution of any technical system issues.
  • Direct the development of appropriate testing strategies and test plans to enable management to assess the operating effectiveness of the system.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or above, in Business, Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, experience in air cargo industry experience a plus.
  • Experience in managing of CMS (Cargo Operations & Reservation System) would be a definite advantage.
  • Experience with air cargo process and IATA standard cargo messaging is a big plus.
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology to solve complex system issues and strong in system troubleshooting.
  • Work experience of SQL programming languages (e.g. MS SQL, Stored Procedures, etc.).

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Director Sales, The Americas, the incumbent strategically manage sales team in the Americas in line with the Company’s long term development goals. The incumbent will inspire and coach the team to foster collaborations among other sales teams for developing business opportunities with customers and maximizing profit for the company.

 

  • Create successful sales plans for the 25-40M revenue market
  • Provide indicative market information and insights to strategies customers plans and sector development activities, also based on purchased market data such as World ACD and Cargo IS

  • Verify and correct invoices sent from interline carriers, and approve payable to interline carriers

Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience in cargo industry
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in air cargo industry, within which at least 10 years of leadership experience, with exposure in global sales and operations
  • Proven track record of increasing new business opportunities and developing a dynamic presence with major freight forwarders
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful company cargo sales plans and developing new business contacts in the international air cargo industry
