Create seasonal PO network’s schedule both inbound and outbound.
Work with vendor for data transmission matter.
Take care of DHLE/Interline/Import customers like export customers, as they are also important customers within PO network

Overview
The Senior Manager, Advanced Qualification Program (AQP) manages all aspects of the development, implementation and certification of AQP for all Flight Crew. Coordinate and supervise all cargo- related functions associated with handling the flight, which includes inspection of ULD’s, checking the weights randomly or on site inspection of pallets being weighed prior to being loaded onto Atlas Air or Polar Air Cargo aircraft.
Conduct a thorough HAZMAT check of all outbound cargo.
Check Accuracy of NOTOC, create NOTOC if necessary.
Ensure that the departing crew receives NOTOC in a timely manor so that crewmembers may conduct their inspection.
Compute Weight and Balance.
Receive and reproduce flight plans, weather, NOTAM/INTAMS and any other documents sent to the flight crews from Dispatch to operate their flight.
Send and receive aircraft movement and load messages to and from up line and down line stations via SITA, e-Mail, fax or any other means required to notify all concerned.
Alert crews for flights and arrange ground transportation for crew between aircraft, operations, and hotels as required.
Arrange and order catering for flights adhering to proper catering procedures and levels per Atlas Air and Polar Air Cargo catering standards as provided in the published manuals.
Supervise aircraft and loading crews.
Ensure that the station-marshalling plan is followed by vendors and ground handlers, as required.
Replace and/or revises aircraft manuals and Jeppesens, as required.
Conduct FOD and Safety audits as required.
Identify potential problems as they develop and works with the Station Manager, and Customer to reach resolutions.
Ensure that all required Atlas or Polar reports are completed and given distributed.
Follow all required safety and security procedures as dictated by the Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) and the TSA.
Qualifications
Background in the airline industry or aviation preferred
Previous experience in areas of duty and cargo/passenger service operations preferred
Required to successfully pass company initial and annual recurrent training in areas of Loadplanning, Weight & Balance, and aircraft handling

The Customer Resolution Agent (CRA) is responsible for the efficiency in the overall cargo management warehouse processes to minimize operational hindrances for both import and export cargo. They work interdepartmental to act as the liaison between Ground Operations, the warehouse, Sales and Customer Service. The CRA works on ground in warehouse to manage cargo backlog, warehouse on-hand inventory, track and tracing, and acts as a cargo acceptance facilitator.
Responsibilities
Bridge between Ground Operations and Sales and Customer Service by physically present in the warehouse to maintain, support and improve the overall warehouse processes

Responsible for the Ground transportation and hotel reservations for our entire crew fleet. This will include: setting up ground transportation, the assurance of confirmation for both ground and hotel, the optimization of crew routes, the maintenance of the hotel database and the reconfirmation of the hotel the transportation is attached to.

Arrange ground transportation and hotel accommodations for crewmembers and designated department.
Maintaining and improving customer relations for defined customers - Crew.
Ensure usage of primary contracted hotels and ground transportation vendors. Optimization of correct ground transportation vendors within the region.

The Flight Training Instructor provides training to flight crewmembers at the direction of the respective Fleet Captain. Flight Training Instructors will conduct classroom instruction, simulator instruction, or both, depending on individual qualifications and at the direction of the Fleet Captain.

Responsible for conducting training for flight crewmembers in accordance with the Flight Operations Training Manual (FOTM) as directed by the respective Fleet Captain.
Provide fixed base instruction, full motion flight simulation instruction, and/or classroom instruction, as directed by the Fleet Captain for flight crewmembers initial, recurrent, upgrade and/or differences training in ground school, fixed based and/or full flight simulators.

The Manager, On-wing Powerplant Records manager, will be responsible for all aspects of the technical records and technical documentation relating to the company’s engines. The position requires the employee to provide technical records review during removal and installation of engines and APU’s. Assist the Off-wing Powerplant Records Support manager with lease returns and purchases in ensuring the engines meet all FAA, customer, and company requirements.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the technical records audits of all On- wing engine records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance, to include surveillance of On-wing task performance.
Serves as the primary Liaison between this department and Powerplant Engineering, involving engine and APU records issues.
Responsible for recording the accomplishment and tracking of engines / APUs for the following documentation - Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SB), Modifications shop status, and Life Limited Parts (LLPs)
Compile and present on-wing data to applicable departments upon request of ADs, LLP’s status, Back to Birth (BTB) records, and all applicable shop visits reports and documents.

Manages, performs, and tracks engines and APUs removal and installation in TRAX and other required internal tracking reports.
