This position is responsible for developing and managing customer relationships within the given territory (Guangzhou and Shenzhen).
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain agent accounts in order to maximize revenue generation to Polar Air Cargo
Prepare and collect market information/analysis report to statistics and presentation for manager.
Coordinate assigned accounts within the territory, including the development of strategy, tactics and communication with the account contracts
Work closely with the Assistant Manager, Reservations & Customer Service including pricing, market developments, industry marketing issues and forecasting
Maintain communication and coordination with Assistant Manager, Reservations & Customer Service to provide continuity with corporate plans and objectives at the sales territory level
Interface with Terminal Services employees to maximize revenue opportunities
Coordinate with Accounting Dept and Agents on accounts receivables
Produce selling tariffs and local schedules to the customers
Track and monitor customers' performance
Perform other duties as assigned by Assistant Manager, Reservations & Customer Service
Coordinate with the ground handling for the cargo build up and load planning to maximize utilization for the pallet/ULD.
Data entry for the cargo spot or other systems.
Manage priorities for cargo booking/movement process;
Perform various administrative duties related to the job such as rate reconciliation, EQ report, ad hoc, request, tonnage and post flight summary, customer event, golf event, other activities, coordinate with the HKG marketing team and administration team.
Response to customers questions, problems, requests and/or complaints.
Track and trace on-forwarding cargo
Provide freight status alert and/or prove-of-delivery to customers if necessary.
Coordinate with operation team for the import handling and randomly re-weigh inbound shipments for CCA
Coordinate well for both Shenzhen and Hong Kong cargo terminal and ground handling agents.
Qualifications
University degree in Business Studies
Strong interpersonal skills and reliable
1-2 years Airline experience is required and a plus.
Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English

Overview
This position will be responsible for producing timely management reports and analysis, communication with general sales agents, support customer partnership program and promotional campaigns for Polar brand, flights, countries, and products.
