This position will perform various functions, which primarily entails planning and scheduling Flight Crew to comply with government and company regulations while maintaining the operations in an efficient, cost effective, and safe manner. This includes but is not limited to Air Mobility Command (AMC) passenger and other special charter flight schedules including the NFL and MLB as well as all other operational flights that include Flight Crew. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence while providing customer service to all crew members.
Responsibilities
Completes monthly optimization of crew pairings for Flight Crew to minimize travel and operations costs and maximize Crew efficiency
Performs all monthly schedule development for Flight Crew in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, labor agreements, and company policies including: bid eligibility lists, creation of bid scenario and awarding of bids
Ensures that a crewing solution is in place for all difficult destinations and advises management of any impending crewing issues which can impact on time performance (i.e. country restrictions)
Ensures that all open flight legs within both short/long term planning horizon are efficiently covered to mitigate any risk of delays or cancellations
Works together with Operations Control Center (OCC) personnel and Flight Operations and Inflight management to ensure a safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation
Determines the impact of flight schedule changes on Flight Crew and work with other departments to optimize reserve coverage.
Determines associated costs for flight schedule changes and identifies cost saving opportunities while maintaining operational reliability
Responsible for communicating federal regulations, Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) compliance, reassignments, and accommodations to crew members at the planning level.
Process and manage crew member requests including availability to fly on days off and trip trades

Qualifications
Minimum of two (2) years of Crew Scheduling or related experience required
Minimum of one (1) year experience with specific crew management software application. Experience using Airline Information Management System (AIMS) is a plus

Overview
The Senior Manager, Advanced Qualification Program (AQP) manages all aspects of the development, implementation and certification of AQP for all Flight Crew. Manage DDPG (MEL) Program for the Technical Operations Department. Works with Flight Operations to ensure maintenance procedures in DDPG encompass all requirements for deferring items safely and efficiently.
Facilitates regional fleet conference calls with line maintenance and maintenance control to review current fleet status and open action items.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent years experience.
Must hold a current and valid FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings.
Must maintain Atlas Air qualification and authorization for Airworthiness Release.
10 Years’ experience on fleet aircraft or equivalent wide body aircraft preferred with a high level of experience in aircraft systems.

Manages department workflows to ensure the quality and effectiveness of procedures used in Training Records
Interfaces and facilitates across departments to ensure crew qualifications are current to perform assigned duties. Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) responsible for critical operational decisions as it pertains to Training Records.
Ensures appropriate delegation of day-to-day office duties and responsibilities for the Training Records department

Implements and administers departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enforce consistency and best practices within Training Records
Partners with the Flight Ops and AIMS Administrator to enhance system functionality of the training module within the crew management software application in order to maintain compliance and increase efficiencies for current and future projects
Oversees departmental training of current and new employees to ensure consistency in processes and department procedures
Continuously monitors records and ensures flight crewmembers are notified of any discrepancies or omissions in their training file
Oversees the notification of flight crewmembers documentation expirations to ensure currency is maintained
Audits the inputs of pilot training records/certificates and pilot special airport training requirements in AIMS
Collects and maintains all documents for permanent records and tracking upon completion of training program
Maintains knowledge of applicable FARs, crewmember contracts, training manuals and Company policies and procedures.
Performs other responsibilities as assigned by the Director Training Center Operations
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive airline training records or related experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Federal Aviation Regulations as they pertain to Crewmember Training Records and regulations

Responsible for overseeing the Powerplant engine material system, including forward looking demand forecasting, engine overhaul provisioning coordination, alignment of new material ordering, management of the off-wing Powerplant harvesting program with key industry partners. Monitor related Powerplant maintenance and purchasing cost, and associated overhaul turnaround time impact. Responsible for oversight of the off-wing engine harvesting program.

Develops and distributes short and long term material demand forecasts for Powerplant programs
Responsible for accurate relevant budget input/analysis
Provides operational and financial reporting metrics of off-wing engine harvesting program
Evaluate and manage harvest workscopes with key industry partners
Work in partnership with Powerplant team to optimize material provisioning and optimize associated engine life cycle maintenance cost
Requisition parts required to support engines during heavy maintenance
Coordinate with Powerplant Materials to ensure timely availability of compliant parts
Monitor and evaluate quotes and invoices for off-wing engine harvesting program
Collaborate with Powerplant Program Managers to outline strategic outlook for off Wing Powerplant material requirements
Utilize performance metrics to drive positive business results
Work with original equipment manufacturers to ensure on-time delivery of new purchased material.
On-site oversite of off-wing engine harvesting program, as required
On-site review of Powerplant teardowns, repairs, build up and storage, as required
Perform quarterly scrap reviews to determine and push serviceability limits

Qualifications
