Liaises with Permitting Department to ensure Atlas and Polar in-transit permits are current and updated as per market needs.
Work with our Facilities group on any local airport authority requirements related to facility leases, permits, upkeep, repairs, etc.
Support other European stations with cargo and claims related information requests, cargo buildup supplies, cabin and crew supplies, ULD rotation, shoring material, and other related operational needs.
Submits an operating budget and operates within that budget. Highly proficient in keeping costs of station operations at a minimum.
Ensures all invoices are sent forward to be paid promptly.
Responsible for working as or assigning a local coordinator for the application for and renewal of new company badges, local airport badge, other renewals, and audits for Ground Ops, Tech Ops, and Flight Ops at ZAZ and other European stations as may be requested.
When required, ensure that the station has a CEIV Pharma certificate that is current after successful completion of the HDQ and Station Validations.
Nominate a back-up person for the CEIV Pharma.
Liaise with different departments in the company like SRC, Trainings and Standards, Tech Ops, Commercial departments, and others as required.

The EOC Operations Controller specifically assists in the coordination and oversight of all aircraft movements within the DHL Express network via communications with both DHL NCG, INCC groups and network stations.
Responsibilities
Main EOC contact for nightly DHL operations.
